When I was a child, I had a recurring nightmare where all that was,

was a single, literal mass, out of scale with myself, crushing me to death.

This all-mass is exactly how things are-a metastasis of things, their pseudopodia creeping into and out of each other,  some oncology of ontology: the masses and volumes of what is.

How do we apprehend these masses and volumes; how do we Acknowledge them? The unsystematized list, with conceptual hat-tipping to Walter Benjamin, Annemarie Mol and John Law, functions as a way to better address this by asking (how might (something) be where it is while also acknowledging that it is not everywhere—how might (something) make room for whatever it also necessarily leaves out?)

WHAT HAVE I LEFT OUT? Trap Streets, arzigogolate, if we blow up an asteroid it might put itself back together, intertextuality, Lygia Clark, Cavalieri, How stalagmites get their shapes, contronyms, teliko-, cladoxylopsids, In event of moon disaster, DOROTHEA ROCKBURNE, ARES: ORBITAL DEBRIS PROGRAM OFFICE DEBRIS MITIGATION, Tarrare, MERONYM, KARST, SATURN DEVOURING HIS SON, ANNE TRUIT, TOO MANY COOKS, MICHEL SERRES, OULIPO MEMBERS, Howardena Pindell, THIGMOTROPISM, DIAMONDS IN METEORITE MAY BE LOST PLANETS FRAGMENTS, A BULLROARER, JOHN LUTHER ADAMS, AUFHEBEN, THE QUANTUM SOURCE OF SPACE-TIME, MAXWELL’S DEMON, Hypatia, The Ambassadors, betelgeuse,
